will receive a Customer Care
Package. Each customer is charged
$30.00 for this package. With all
that is happening in the world today, we believe this package provides you with
the tools to travel. This is part of
our total commitment to the traveler and has a value that far exceeds its cost.
What
is included in the Customer Care Package:
- Flight
Insurance - We include $100,000.00
of flight insurance per person.
- Destination
Information – Upon payment for
your trip, we will provide a detailed report on your destination.
- Getting
to and from the Airport – We
will provide a driving map to the airport or we can book a scheduled NWT
Express van or charter to and from the airport. We can also arrange pre and
post hotel stays that allow you to leave your car at no additional cost and
we will provide maps to these hotels.
- Airport
Information – We will provide
detailed information about your departure airport including maps,
directions, and tips.
- Parking
Options – We cover all of the
options to parking at or around the airport.
- Hotel
Accommodations – We offer a wide
selection of accommodations at the best prices.
- Rental
Car or Airport Transfers – We
can arrange all your destination transportation needs.
- Special
Events and Tours – Planning to
attend a special event while traveling? We can book your tickets and have
them available upon your arrival.
- Travel
Insurance Protection - We offer
insurance coverage if your trip is cancelled, interrupted, or delayed for
unforeseen reasons.
- Airport
Security and
Trip Security – There are many new policies regarding security at
airports, cruise lines and entering and leaving foreign countries. We
